That makes 2008 a perfect year for fashionisers, as we can indulge in both the backless fashion trend and the one-shoulder / single-shoulder trend.
Like most of 2008's fashion trends the one-shoulder trend first emerged in 2007, and it should come as no surprise that this is yet another trend started by hypermodel Kate Moss. Surprisingly though, it's not because this was a look that Moss was often seen wearing, but because it featured in her Kate Moss for TopShop range (modelled right by Irina Lazareanu).
